  1. The order can not be canceled once payment is made as it is in production
  2. As for the custom nature of MyFace Figurines they are not able to be returned for refund.
  3. We ship all orders via Australia Post's Express Parcel Post
  4. Unpack you Myface Figurine of a soft surface and use extreme care when unwrapping
  5. In most occasions you MyFace Figurine will be sent flat packed, glue is supplied for you to attach you figurine to the base or leave as is.
  6. A refund or remake will be granted only if the figurine is broken during transit. Please send us photos of the damage and advise what action you require.
  7. A MyFace Figurine is a caricature of yourself in the eyes of the artist. The artist use the pictures you have submited as reference, the better the photo, the better the resemblance.(70-80%) Because of the custom nature and hours of work to produce MyFace Figurines are unable to refund or re make figurines that not to the customers liking.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse any orders we deem detrimental to good taste or may infringe on copyright.
  9. MyFace Figurines reserves the right to use submitted pictures and completed figurine images in any future advertising or promotion. (please email us if you wish us not to use you images)
